Uncommon Variations of Bingo

There is a variation of bingo called Roadkill. It is a bingo game using cardboards or paper with printed pictures of varying animals twenty four in total. Each picture is placed in random order on each card's grid. This game is typically played by bingo players on a long travel on the road.

Each player should try to spot a dead animal and when they see one and they will mark it off from their cards. The players can use markers, blotters used for bingo or other kinds of writing tools. Players can also use chips used in poker games to represent the dead animal that was seen. However since the roads can get bumpy the chips may not always be a good option.

According to tradition the first player to see the road kill is the only person who gets to mark a picture. Like the usual bingo game the first person to see five road kills in one row or one column wins. The player should also shot the word bingo! In the typical bingo games the prizes are already announced before the start of the game. This is done in road kill bingo games.

This bingo game is usually played in country fairs to raise money for a cause. This bingo variation has similarities with lottery. An area in a land is used after putting enclosures like in a farm. They use chalk to draw out the line to form the grid. Then numbers are placed on each cell of the grid. Then they sell the odds for each cell. The game starts when animals commonly found in the farm like a cow enter the enclosed land. The owner of the cell where the cow makes the first defecation wins the game.
